Who Are We and Why Be a Member of this Co-Op?

TC Tribal is home to the Twin Cities’ (and surrounding areas) Tribal/Tribal Fusion dance movement.  The brainchild of Akasha Afsana, Lesley Inman, and Ms. Zuza - TC Tribal aims to provide a one-stop spot for all things Tribal.  It's like a co-op for belly dancers, benefiting the community by providing a unified resource for Tribal/ Tribal fusion belly dancers.

The missions of TC Tribal are to:

•be your one location to stay up to date on all goings-on

•help foster and build a strong Tribal dance community         How many locations do you have to check to find out TC area events?  Individual personal websites, mailing lists, Tribe, Facebook, My Space, etc.?  Though these things are useful, but we thought it’d be nice to have everything in one place!

Twin Cities local:

•Workshops

•Shows

•Tribal and Tribal Fusion class offerings

•Teachers

•Purveyors of belly dance goods

The small yearly donation keeps us going.  It mostly pays for web hosting, but also contributes to helping fund TC Tribal events, discounted membership pricing for belly dance events, and dancer social events.  It is strictly non-profit, in that we are not being paid.  All monies are put back into the community.

If you know of events, teachers, goods resources, let us know and send people in our direction!  We ALL benefit, the more information and resources we have.

Membership

For a small $5 donation, paid via Paypal (you don’t need an account) or paid by check (email us for directions on how), you will be put on our monthly mailing list with current updates on what’s new and upcoming.  This donation will facilitate us keeping this Technological Tribal Tool going; keeping you in the “know”!
